My husband Joey and I grew up working in restaurants. Joey has been making pizza and Italian dishes for Edgewater families since 1992. I have worked in numerous restaurants, beginning at age twelve and through my college days. Our dream of owning a restaurant together has finally become a reality, Balliamo Italian Steakhouse. We wanted a fun family atmosphere with great wine and amazingly fresh food. Our guests are welcome in the kitchen anytime to inspect the cleanliness and quality of the ingredients. All of our sauces and dressings are made in-house with fresh herbs. We hope our years of experience and a desire for the finest quality of food and service shine through with each and every visit.
